The CarLo User Conference took place on 23–24 October at Soloplan’s headquarters in Kempten. Over 120 participants gathered on both days at the training centre of the software company Soloplan.
In addition to eleven training sessions focusing on knowledge transfer and best practices, the conference also provided an ideal setting for networking and exchange among representatives of the logistics industry.
The courses for the training block were divided into three thematic blocks and were freely selectable. This ensured that the right and relevant topics were covered for everyone. There were also numerous opportunities to engage in conversation over food and drinks.
Another highlight was the presentation of the roadmap for 2026 by Soloplan’s development management, including an outlook on the strategic direction and further development of the CarLo logistics software over the next few years.
The crowning finale was a presentation by two engineers from Daimler Truck in Stuttgart, who provided insight into the topic of ‘autonomous driving in trucks.’ This covered both the technical background and the current state of developments, prototypes, and future prospects. This was followed by a question and answer session discussing the opportunities and risks of this technological leap.
The feedback from participants after the two days was overwhelmingly positive, and we are delighted that the 2025 User Conference was such a great success. For Soloplan, industry proximity and exchange with customers are an integral part of the company philosophy, enabling us to work together to tailor the CarLo freight forwarding software even more closely to the needs of the logistics industry.
