Your tasks
Managing, coordinating and implementing Software projects
Checking customer requirements and coordinating interfaces, reports, etc., Remote and also on site with customers
Creating milestone plans
Further development of Soloplan’s standard products
Working together across departments and coordinating customer projects
Providing structured advice and sustainable support for our customers
Your profile
Your qualifications
Completed studies in business informatics or economics or comparable vocational training
Work experience in a comparable area
Excellent IT knowledge and experience in the professional conception of IT projects
Analytic skills and a precise and structured working method
Pronounced communication skills and assertiveness as well as persuasiveness
Talent for organisation
Willingness to travel for projects
Preferred qualifications
Logistics knowledge is desirable
Transport Management System experience is an advantage
Customer focus under observation of company interests

Our application process
Send us your informative application–ideally with a CV and relevant certificates. Afterwards, we will schedule a telephone interview.
We are looking forward to getting to know you in person or via video call. During the interview, you will meet your future head of department, the HR department and our management. Additionally, in a short technical test, you can prove your skills. Allow about 1.5 to 2 hours for this.
We will inform you about the status of your application as soon as possible. As the next step, we will invite you to a work trial allowing you to gain insight into your future tasks and get a feel for everyday work at Soloplan. You will spend the day with your new team.
During your first week of work, you will gain first insights into the company, get to know your team and different departments and familiarise with your onboarding plan. An experienced Soloplanner will guide you as a mentor and support you at any time.
For your further training, we offer (product) trainings as well as German and English courses, if desired. We also support technical workshops and training.
